View of South End of North Bound Horse-A woman walked in to my studio, and smiling sweetly, announced she wished to commission me to carve a noble steed walking away with an upraised tail.

She was most definite in what it was she wanted, but she wasn't about to confide in me why she wanted it. I assumed that perhaps it was for a currently FORMER boyfriend, but perhaps that was an unkind thought.

She puzzled me further when she also requested a much smaller PIG behind the horse.

To say the least it really gave me a chuckle as I applied myself. She was most pleased with the END result, leaving with it under her arm.

I never have known the mystery behind it, but it was a comical carving for someone.
